Role Title: Regional Sales Manager

Our client is a top maker of high-end kitchen and bathroom fixtures. They are looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to join their team, which is growing quickly. How you’ll do it

  • Develop and implement a full sales strategy for the region that fits with the overall business goals and the mission of the region.
  • Build and keep strong relationships with your most important customers, prospects, and business partners to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Keep an eye on and analyze sales performance metrics, looking for ways to improve and making changes as needed.
  • Give the National Sales Director Americas regular reports and updates on how well sales are going and how the market is changing.
  • Manage a remote sales team well by using communication and collaboration tools to stay in touch and give advice to the rest of the Division.
  • Develop and run training programs to improve the skills and abilities of the sales team, such as product knowledge, sales techniques, and managing customer relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, looking for ways to improve and making changes when necessary.
  • Work with the marketing and product development teams to make sure that your sales strategies are in line with market trends and customer needs.
  • Keep up with industry trends, what your competitors are doing, and how the market is changing, and change your sales strategies accordingly.
  • Build and keep relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the region to grow the business.
  • Would work closely and together with coworkers on a project with a national reach, like the Kitchen and Hospitality Channel.

Qualification Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a similar field
  • Experience in sales or sales management, preferably in the luxury end of the sanitary industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, even those who are far away.
  • Experience managing teams from afar and using online tools for communication and working together
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build relationships and sway all levels of stakeholders.
  • Ability to adjust to changing business priorities and market conditions
  • Willingness to travel as needed in the region; 50% of the money goes to travel.
