Job Title: Front Desk Executive
The post of FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE in Takoradi needs to be filled as soon as possible by a qualified and experienced person who can handle client visits and make sure that the highest standards of hospitality and customer service are always met so that clients are happy.
Skills Required.
- Must be kind, gentle, and willing to help.
- You have to know a lot about the job and know what’s going on right now.
- They must be honest.
- Must have good written, spoken, and non-verbal communication skills • Should be very organized and able to do more than one thing at a time
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and help them check in and out of the hotel.
- Answer all questions and requests from guests in a professional way. • Take calls and send them to the right offices.
- Add new clients to the database and keep their records up to date.
- Assign rooms to guests and tell them about other services.
- Keep the place of work clean and organized.
- Handle and resolve guest complaints and escalate when necessary.
- Sort and share incoming mail and other paperwork.
- Help with other administrative tasks as needed.
Needed Qualifications and Experience
- Have an HND or a first degree in hospitality or a related area.
- Know how to use computers, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Speak and write English well.
Relevant Experience
• One to three years of work in the same or a similar setting
