Job Title: Sales Representative
DUTIES
- Help with shop sales
- Know what your clients want and what they want to buy.
- Know and understand the goods and services offered as they change.
- Is in charge of keeping the inside and outside of the business shop clean in general.
- Make sure that all of the shop’s equipment works well at all times and tell management right away about any problems
- Make sure that goods that are sold out on the shelves are always put back on the shop floor.
- Follow the rules and policies of the company, such as how to keep company money and property safe and how to keep records.
- Tell someone about any problems or worries as soon as they happen.
- Do any other tasks that have been given to you.
- Check your stock often.
- Keep up with the latest sales trends and the best ways to do things.
- Show goods to current and potential customers, talk about them, and sell them.
- Keep contact lists and keep in touch with people to keep relationships going.
- Resolves customer complaints and questions
Needed Qualifications and Experience
- Must have a high school diploma or GED; must have worked in a similar or same job for two to three years;
- must be fluent in English;
- must be able to communicate and negotiate;
- must be able to handle time and plan ahead;
