Position Description
What you will be doing is as follows:
- Contributes to the hotel’s strategy by regularly providing input on market trends, demands, and possibilities.
- All components of the hotel’s commercial space (Emporium) are sold.
- Manages Business Accounts with professionalism and persistence in order to fill the Commercial space (Emporium) in accordance with the Sales and Marketing Plan, revenue strategy, and objectives established.
- Ensures that all components of a potential account have been reviewed and reported on.
- Ensures that all client talks and decisions are documented.
- Meets the minimum number of sales calls set by management.
- Ensures that the communication flow between colleagues from other departments is efficient in order to meet the guests’ needs on time while respecting and adhering to the time frame required by the colleagues/departments to deliver required activities.
- Follows-up on Leads
- Follows all hotel and sales department policies and procedures.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail account management, sales management, or retail channel management is required.
- Previous sales and marketing experience is important.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive connections with all guests and clients.
- Strong networking abilities allow you to clearly communicate your views, activities, and possibilities.
- Outstanding communication and negotiating skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Create a solid strategy for both short and long-term potential, and look for innovative ways to address client needs.
- Proven ability to interact at the highest levels of authority in order to develop “Business Partner” connections.
- Prepare and publish appropriate and timely go-to-market plan updates, prospect communications, campaign plans, proposals, and pursuit plans to demonstrate rigor and planning.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and be action and process-focused.
