  1. HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (Trainee)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and direct the Human Resources and administrative department, including:
  • Hiring and interviewing staff, administering of salaries, staff benefits, and leave; enforcing company policies and practices, ensuring the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate compliance with legislation, and planning and organising relevant training programmes for staff.

2. OPERATIONS OFFICER (Trainee)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the operations manager in ensuring that all operational activities of the company run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management Systems and procedures to achieve corporate and legislative compliance;
  • Supervise the maintenance and repairs of company assets (plant & equipment); Initiate and oversee the purchasing of all company assets
  • Maintain documentation on all company assets Keep a up to date PP&E register and oversee all transfers of asset from one location to another

3. SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER (Trainee)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Marketing Manager in overseeing the entire marketing activities of the
company.

Specifically;

  • Monitor and report on activities of competitor particularly pricing;
  • Monitor sales performance per location, station, customer or region and report to the Marketing Manager;
  • Regular visit to sites, stations and audit conduct audit where necessary;
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager in the preparation and monitoring of annual and quarterly budgets;
  • Assist in planning and implementing training programmes for station and site workers
  • Pursue and win new businesses for the company

4. SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

  • Plan, manage and coordinate all marketing activities of the company, including conducting market research to understand industry trend and carry out competition analysis;
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of superior strategies that increases the

  • Build and maintain excellent client relationship in a manner that bodes well for a healthy and lasting business relationship between the company and its customers.
