A first-class diagnostic center situated at the heart of Sunyani, Bono Region, with state-of-the-art technology in providing Laboratory and Pathology, X-Ray, CT scan Endoscopy, ECG, Ultrasound, Mammography, and Routine Health Check-up Services. The Contre requires for immediate employment, the following persons for its operations:
Medical Laboratory Scientists (Full or Part-Time)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform technical laboratory functions including chemistry, hematology, molecular, immunology, and urinalysis, in accordance with established protocols and standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Report test results in accordance with established protocols and standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Ensure quality control in collecting specimens, ensure appropriate sampling and maintain accurate record-keeping
- Determine whether sample parameters fall within normal ranges and identify abnormalities.
- Summarize results and report findings in electronic format to referring physicians and medical specialists, as well as collaborate on patient care.
Qualification and Experience
- MLSD/BSc Medical Laboratory Science
- Registered with Allied Health Professions Council, Chane Demonstrate experience in working with a healthcare team
- A minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience
