A first-class diagnostic center situated at the heart of Sunyani, Bono Region, with state-of-the-art technology in providing Laboratory and Pathology, X-Ray, CT scan Endoscopy, ECG, Ultrasound, Mammography, and Routine Health Check-up Services. The Contre requires for immediate employment, the following persons for its operations:
Diagnostic Radiographer/ Diagnostic Sonographer (Full or Part-Time)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- A minimum of three (3) years post-qualification experience
- Undertake radiographic/ sonographic and imaging examinations as required
- Take part in a routine daily inspection of equipment and quality assurance procedures
- Provide high quality and standard service for patients
- Suggest alternative medical imaging techniques, when necessary.
- Informing patients about the medical imaging process.
- Using devices such as computer tomography (CT) scanners and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) machines.
- Performing or directing radiology staff to carry out image-guided, diagnostic procedures.
Qualification and Experience
- BSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography or BSc Sonography.
- Registered with Allied Health Professions Council, Ghana
- Demonstrate experience of working with a health care team
