ROLE: Country Finance Lead

Mastercard Foundation wants everyone to study and succeed. The Foundation works with partners to provide millions of young people, especially young women, with quality education, financial services, and dignified jobs through its Young Africa Works strategy and Canadian EleV initiative. THE WORK AT THE FOUNDATION

The Mastercard Foundation is excited to accelerate the Young Africa Works plan, which aims to empower 30 million young Africans to find dignified and satisfying work.

Our Rwanda, Kenya, Ghana, Senegal, Ethiopia, Nigeria, and Uganda offices make the Foundation accessible to partners and program participants. Young Africa Works receives considerable in-country support from these offices.

We work with governments, the private sector, educators, and other funders to improve education and vocational training, equip young people with workforce skills, increase access to financial services for entrepreneurs and small businesses, and connect job seekers to meaningful employment.
