The Mission of the Banquet Manager is to manage the Food & Beverage outlet in the department in developing a successful independent profit center, thereby ensuring that all functions are successfully executed in a courteous and professional manner in ensuring maximum Guest satisfaction, consistent in accordance with Kempinski Standards.
Responsible for achieving hotel targets by optimising revenues through an assigned account base, as well as prospecting new clients in assigned markets.
The overall scope of the incumbent is to assist in the direction of all aspects of the food production and Stewarding operations under the direction of the Executive Chef and withinthe limits of established Kempinski procedures
