POSITION: Integrated Account Director
You will oversee one of the world’s most popular consumer brands, affecting over half a billion people in the fastest-growing region. You will work for clients who value brand involvement in social transformation as well as market success. The Account Director oversees client relations, presentations, brand strategies, and Account Service team assistance to ensure seamless client account delivery.
Responsibilities
Account Director Expectations:
- Helps Category Lead and manages regional client connections.
- Responds to client inquiries first.
- Facilitates client requests by communicating with other departments.
- Regularly meets with clients to maintain relationships.
- Works with planners to create and implement integrated brand business and marketing strategies.
- Solves high-level account and production concerns and knows when to involve a supervisor.
- Produce an accurate account and new business reports.
- Supports and leads client presentations.
- Respond to Category Lead or CEO requests for new business pitches.
- Dedicated to enhancing our work and process.
- Represents Groupe with prudence and professionalism.

Your duties in this position are:
- Leadership and professional development for department staff.
- Develop team members, provide performance assessments, and assign work.
- Monitor teams to exceed client expectations.

- Set and collaborate with team members to achieve goals and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Accountancy and digital experience in a creative advertising agency required 7+ years.
- Understanding digital production phases and processes for high-level client digital communication
- Ability to write a smart interactive communication strategy presentation that highlights digital, media, technology, and advertising trends that can help a client achieve corporate goals.
- True digital native, understands how social, mobile, experience, search, etc. coexist.
- Ability to evaluate and lead measurement reports for standard or rich media advertising or social media
- Promotes integrated briefs and new projects with clients and creatives.
- Work well under pressure and fulfill deadlines in a creative atmosphere.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Strong financial knowledge of budgeting, estimates, and agency profitability.
- A history of building trust and respect by exhibiting sound critical thinking and staying calm in challenging times.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with all employee levels.
- Highly structured and detail-oriented
- Excellent initiative and follow-through.
- Writing and speaking French well is a hiring advantage.
