We are seeking an HR Consultant to deliver human resource management services to our clients. The consultant will assess, recommend, and execute HR solutions to improve client operations.

Responsibilities
- Examine clients’ HR policies, procedures, and strategies.
- Provide guidance on HR issues such as performance management, employee relations, job appraisal, remuneration, and compliance.
- Create and implement HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Manage the transition process and promote HR best practices.
- Implement training and development programs.
- Maintain legal compliance with employment legislation.
- Lead human resources projects and activities such as job evaluation, salary surveys, and manpower planning.
- Coach HR professionals at client firms.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports.
- Maintain an understanding of HR trends and technologies.
- Understanding of labor laws and compliance.
- Capable of making decisions based on data and HR indicators.
- Experience with employee relations and dispute resolution.
Educational and Academic Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or a similar discipline is the minimum academic requirement.
- Certification or membership in relevant HR professional organizations
Experience and Skills required
To qualify for the position, you must have the following:
- 5–7 years of job experience
- Experience in human resource management, preferably in a senior leadership position.
- Understanding of HR best practices, employment rules, and regulations.
- Leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experienced with performance management and talent development.
- Proficiency with HR information systems and technologies.
- Ability to think strategically and plan.
