Position Description
Through the successful application of mobile/web innovations, Esoko is altering how businesses handle smallholder farmers, suppliers, and customers. A professional frontend software engineer with at least three years of expertise in frontend programming, React, and UI/UX design is what we are now looking for.
To produce high-quality software products, you will work with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders as a frontend software engineer to create and maintain sophisticated online apps.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage sophisticated online apps using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.
- Organize cross-functional teams to work together on designing, creating, and launching new features.
- Use user-friendly, intuitive, and responsive UI/UX designs.
- Create code that is clear, dependable, and effective.
- Applications should be optimized for performance and scalability.
- Keep abreast with new UI/UX design and frontend development trends and technologies.
Required knowledge or expertise
- Computer science or software engineering degree from a four-year college or the equivalent in experience
- 3+ years of expertise with React and front-end development
- outstanding UI/UX design abilities
- strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
- knowledge of contemporary frontend development frameworks and tools
- the capacity to create readable, maintainable, and effective code
- strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
