ROLE: Corporate Relationship Manager
This position is in charge of maintaining a client portfolio and offering a full range of products and services in order to keep and expand the Corporate business. Individuals are accountable for accomplishing results through their own efforts.
Key Outcome Areas
- Identify and engage prospective clients for the purpose of selling corporate/group insurance solutions through direct engagements, referrals, and other effective methods.
- Maintains client contacts and manages all contracted client deliverables.
- Regularly reviews client product portfolio and recommends new and improved items to fit client portfolio.
- Maintains awareness of industry developments and ensures that goods are aligned to satisfy client needs and promote long-term growth.
- Create a solid pipeline of prospects, determine their needs, and create solutions to fulfill those needs.
- Responsible for meeting Business Unit (BU) sales targets in order to secure growth and market share.
- Client presentations are given.
- Meets with intermediaries and clients on a regular basis to address service-related concerns and develop existing connections.
- Drive customer service excellence among clients and partners to ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
- Establish critical ties with key industry players.
- In charge of accrediting intermediates for a variety of items.
- Find and sign new distribution partners.
Requirements: Required qualifications, skills, and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from an approved tertiary institution is required.
- A diploma in insurance will be advantageous.
- Experience in financial services sales and marketing Excellent writing and vocal communication abilities
- Excellent interpersonal connection management abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship skills
- Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
