ROLE: Corporate Relationship Manager

This position is in charge of maintaining a client portfolio and offering a full range of products and services in order to keep and expand the Corporate business. Individuals are accountable for accomplishing results through their own efforts.

Key Outcome Areas

  • Identify and engage prospective clients for the purpose of selling corporate/group insurance solutions through direct engagements, referrals, and other effective methods.
  • Maintains client contacts and manages all contracted client deliverables.
  • Regularly reviews client product portfolio and recommends new and improved items to fit client portfolio.
  • Maintains awareness of industry developments and ensures that goods are aligned to satisfy client needs and promote long-term growth.
  • Create a solid pipeline of prospects, determine their needs, and create solutions to fulfill those needs.
  • Responsible for meeting Business Unit (BU) sales targets in order to secure growth and market share.
  • Client presentations are given.
  • Meets with intermediaries and clients on a regular basis to address service-related concerns and develop existing connections.
  • Drive customer service excellence among clients and partners to ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
  • Establish critical ties with key industry players.
  • In charge of accrediting intermediates for a variety of items.
  • Find and sign new distribution partners.

Requirements: Required qualifications, skills, and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from an approved tertiary institution is required.
  • A diploma in insurance will be advantageous.
  • Experience in financial services sales and marketing Excellent writing and vocal communication abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal connection management abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship skills
  • Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
