ROLE: Partner Training Specialist

PARTNER TRAINING SPECIALIST

We’re looking for people who love taking care of customers and building relationships. Your daily goal will be to “wow” InEvent’s users with your strategic advice and insights based on that customer’s unique goals. Also, Your goal is to build a relationship with the customer based on empathy. Your daily job will be to find out more about the customer and make the experience happen.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guide the partners of InEvent through the process so that they can get certified on the InEvent program.
  • Use InEvent’s Live Studio to show users how the product works and what it can do in real-time.
  • Work on the design of the website, application form, and Virtual Lobby to make sure that the look and feel of the course is as professional as possible.
  • Design and keep track of the course plan, making changes as the InEvent features grow.
  • To go along with certification, it may be necessary to create and offer high-quality content that has already been recorded through the Live Studio.
  • During the certification process, help friends who are taking part with their questions.
  • Coordinate how partners give their certifications and make sure partners are helped to get their certifications.
  • Learn about new tech and platforms all the time.
  • Give constant comments to the people who are making the product and help them with the CS and Marketing processes.
  • There may be a need to go to a studio.

PRE-REQUISITES:

  • Fluent English so that you can talk to people from all over the world.
  • Fluency in German or French is a plus.
  • Customer Success experience or something close.
  • Experience giving teaching or real-time customer service
  • Experience working for a tech or SaaS company.
  • Excellent speaking skills and a caring heart.
  • flexibility and adaptability to deal with people from different cultures.
  • In a company, you have to be very (very) tough to keep learning.
