Job Title: AWS Cloud Trainer
Position Description
AmaliTech is searching for a strong and motivated Software Cloud Developer to coach trainees and expose them to real-world hands-on experience in our Service Centre’s deliverables. You will be a part of something.

AmaliTech Training Centre will provide specialized technical and instructional training assistance, as well as mentorship.
Principal Responsibilities
- Schedule regular sessions and technical check-ins with learners to provide guidance and support.
- Evaluate trainees to assess their progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback.
- They need constructive comments to help them fill gaps and improve their skills.
- Walk trainees through code reviews, ensuring that coding standards and best practices are followed.
- Work with other trainers to create and update training materials, such as presentations.
- Projects and evaluations are also available.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive learning atmosphere by encouraging collaboration and information exchange.
- Attend all mandatory meetings, including weekly team and reporting meetings, and provide updates on
- Assist in the development of individualized training programs customized to the specific needs of each trainee’s goals.
- Actively participate in mentoring program development and execution, making new suggestions.
- Stay current on the latest advancements and trends in AWS cloud development by exchanging information.
- Carry out additional related duties as assigned by the Department Head to support the overall mission.
Qualification
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
- An AWS Associate or Professional Cloud Certificate (Architect, Developer, SysOps Administrator, or equivalent).
- Engineer (DevOps).
- Strong AWS cloud development expertise, with at least two years of hands-on experience
- Thorough knowledge of AWS core services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, and RDS.
- Programming experience with at least one of the following JavaScript frameworks (Node, Angular, etc.)
- Python (Django) or Java (Spring Boot) are two options.
- Proven mentoring or teaching experience in software development or AWS cloud development concepts, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to successfully engage and motivate others
- Trainees must be motivated.
- Thorough knowledge of the software development lifecycle, agile approaches, and coding standards.
- The ability to provide constructive criticism and support to trainees while promoting ongoing improvement and learning.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to debug technological challenges while mentoring are required.
- Becoming acquainted with DevOps capabilities such as automated testing, continuous integration, and so on.
- Continuous delivery is advantageous.
