Job Vacancy For Operations/Supply Lead at ECOM GHANA
Duties
Operations leads are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a company. This includes ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently, as well as managing staff members who work in these areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Firstly, Will be in charge of getting 3PL-Transporters onto the Platform
- Secondly, Drivers Management – Mange 3PL drivers to bring Customer Satisfaction.
- Thirdly, Manage Customers Order requirement with available trucks.
- Moreover, Grow truck pool on the App on the daily basis
- Finally, Teach drivers and Suppliers how to use the App.
Qualification/Experience
- Bsc. Degree in Logistics and supply chain management or related field
- Additional qualification would be added advantage
- Lastly, Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Location: Accra
