Job Vacancy For Financial Analyst At Servair Ghana
About Servair Ghana
Servair, the leading airline catering and logistics provider in France and Africa and a member of gategroup, announces the inauguration of a new unit in Ghana at Accra airport.
The company has 115 employees who will produce 2,500 meals for seven airlines every day. Alongside the provision of inflight catering services, the 2,600 m² unit will be equipped to provide food solutions to VIP lounges, schools, company canteens, and other non-airline clients.
- POSITION: Financial Analyst
- REPORTS: Finance Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Interested applicants will perform the responsibilities below:
- Firstly, High-level financial reporting and analysis
- Secondly, Regular budget consolidation
- Also, Cash-flow management and treasury
- Furthermore, Bank reconciliation
- Besides the above, Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
- Again, Debt management and collection
- In addition, Ensure and develop financial reviews and provide advice
- Moreover, Share reports and analyze findings
- Also, Processing customer invoices/proforma invoices
- Aside from the above, Ensure and reconcile customers statements
- Weekly/monthly/yearly activity reports
- Control and handle the company’s petty cash
- Performs month-end/year-end close
- Last but not least, Support to ensure proper general ledger and compliance with all policies and procedures
- Lastly, Support to resolve all Trial Balance accounts related to the activity
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferential)
- 2 to 3 years of general accounting in an ERP (ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING SOFTWARE) environment.
- SAP experience in accounts processing is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral formats.
