Job position – Deputy Registrar

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Firstly, Sending Progress Report, Statement of Expenditure, Utilization certificate, completion report etc.,
• Secondly, Sanction of estimates in respect of Building works undertaken with the assistance of UGC.
• Thirdly, Sending plan of action to the State Government and getting released the development grant from the Government every year and sending Progress report regularly.
• Moreover, Sanction of estimates in respect of building works undertaken out State Development Grant.
• Additionally, Framing of statute for the creation of teaching posts sanctioned by the UGC during a particular plan period and correspondence with the Government.
• Last but not least, Institution of courses sanctioned by the UGC.
• Finally, Correspondence relating to Cultural Exchange Programmes

Required Skills or Experience

• Qualification – Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Human Resource.
• Working experience – Minimum of three (3) years post-qualification
• Experience – Must be computer literate.
• Age: 62 years and below. Relevant to the position
• Salary: Negotiable
