Job Title: Farm Supervisor
- Do you have any experience raising poultry?
- Can you feed, vaccinate, inject birds, and debeak them?
- Are you motivated and prepared to work?
Responsibilities for this Job Vacancy at Lexus Aggrey Farms
- Controls crop rotation and soil utilization.
- Inspects the dairy, garden, poultry, orchard, and other units; consults with the project leaders and offers advice on issues; requests equipment and resources; and approves work schedules.
- On big and sophisticated institutional farms, plan and oversee the planting, growing, harvesting, and storing of field and garden crops.
- Oversees every aspect of one of the bigger and more intricate institutional farms.
- Reports on time, resources, and output; maintains records; and creates requirements estimations.
- Oversees the upkeep and repair of farm machinery and facilities.
