ROLE: Head of Human Resources (HR) and Administration
Overview
- To drive business goals, lead HR transformative projects and direct the implementation of Kasapreko PLC’s people strategy in resourcing, learning and development, talent management, reward management, and employee relations.

Duties
- Develop and implement employee-related policies and strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees, including manpower planning, recruiting and selection, performance management systems, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
- Create and maintain HR policies, frameworks, and administrative procedures that foster employee trust and confidence while allowing line managers to manage and motivate employees.
- Foster and maintain positive management-union relations, as well as advise line management on employee-related issues, in order to foster industrial peace and productivity.
- Administer corporate policies, compensation, and benefits programs while conducting compensation, benefits, and other employee-related surveys, assessing the results, and making appropriate suggestions to management.
- Develop bargaining strategies, conduct surveys of competitive collective agreements, prepare summaries and reconciliation, and use data to direct collective bargaining agreement negotiations.
- Determine career development requirements, advise line management on Career Development processes and procedures, provide guidance on staff placement and selection, and oversee the implementation of authorized development plans.
- Create and implement a procedure that ensures continuity in key management roles by identifying individuals with potential as backup human resources, identifying their inadequacies, and providing developing chances for them ahead of the Company’s requirements.
- Consult with the Company’s Legal Advisor on all legal issues impacting personnel and other related subjects.
- Provide assistance to other units within the holding company (Pinnacle Group) as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- A university degree in business or social sciences, or equivalent, with at least ten (10 years) of relevant experience in human resource management, or an MBA with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Must have worked in a top management position within the last five years.
- Being a certified HR Professional (SPHRi, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or CHRMP) is advantageous.

- Flexibility in the use of MS Office Suite.
- Practical expertise with popular HR software (SAGE 300 People, SAP).
- A creative thinker and intuitive initiator.
