Ghana Water Company Limited seeks to employ appropriately qualified applicants for the job of Assets Management Manager
Key Accountabilities
- Assess and manage the risks associated with present assets.
- Maximize returns and reduce losses on assets and investments.
- Evaluate portfolio progress and make the required changes.
- Forecast future property value based on timeline analysis.
- Collaborate with and report to the Asset Management Team.
- Then, monitor and manage assets from acquisition to disposition.
- Provide strategic advice on business asset management.
- Create, organize, and manage the company’s portfolios.
- Also, conduct risk analysis surveys to determine the risk profile.
- Evaluate current asset status, future needs, and investment goals.
- Manage assets based on investment preferences.
- Moreover, work with the Asset Management Team to accurately evaluate assets.
- Manage financial modelling for capital investment appraisals.
- Finally, demonstrate interest in Water Utility Management with the capacity to construct quantitative models for decision-making, demand forecasting, and repair and replacement.

- Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a background in finance, investment, or economics. A postgraduate certification is preferred.
- Professional credential from a credible certifying agency.
Experience
- At least 10 years of relevant post-degree job experience
- Project management experience
- Risk insurance management expertise
