Position Description
We are seeking a female Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will live in or around Airport, Madina, Adenta, Oyarifa, 37, Cantonments, Teshie, Nungua, Labadi, and Osu Area.
Responsibilities
- Welcome Clients and visitors
- Then, Take delivery of letters, packages, and shipments
- Also, Working with the housekeeping team to maintain a healthy work environment in the office Keeping critical documents, records, and files in a proper and organized manner
- Lastly, Assisting with the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences, and events
Required Qualifications or Experience
- An HND or Degree in a comparable discipline is required.
- A year’s experience in a similar capacity is required.
- Good knowledge of office administration and basic bookkeeping procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- A pleasant manner and personality
- Computer proficiency: MS Office programs are well-known.
- Multitasking capabilities
