What you’ll do in this position:
- Lead, mentor, and encourage a team of customer service representatives.
- Schedule regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions.
- Establish performance objectives and provide feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement customer retention tactics.
- Analyze client data to find patterns and potential problems.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience.
- Resolve escalating customer retention issues.
- Communicate with clients to better understand their needs and problems.
- Implement strategies that increase customer happiness.
- Follow team performance and crucial metrics.
- Create and provide reports on retention activities and results.
- Identify areas for improvement and take corrective action.
Your qualifications:

- Proven track record of exceptional performance
- Have at least two years of team management experience.
- Possess good communication and listening abilities.
- Possess the ability to detect issues and develop solutions by sharing knowledge.
- Requirements for this position include strong analytical, time management, and organizational abilities, as well as proficiency in PC applications and systems.
- Have a clear credit, disciplinary, and criminal record.
