POSITION: Customer Service Advisor

What You Need to Qualify
Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate or undergraduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years in a customer service or sales role. Retail or sports industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Language Skills: Strong verbal and written English at B2 level is mandatory. For any additional language relevant to the role, you need proficiency at C1 level.
- Passion: A genuine love for sports and fashion. The company wants someone who gets excited about the latest trends. You must be able to chat with customers about athletic gear and stylish apparel naturally.
