Position: Digital Transformation Officer
Job Purpose
To help the country DTM manage training, vendors, channels, staff/customer engagements, and literacy programs connected to the Digital Field Application and other Digital Financial Services that will be supplied.
Principal Responsibilities
- Deploy digital field apps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure that these applications are seamlessly integrated into the existing workflow.
- Troubleshoot technological problems and provide quick solutions.
- Monitor and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of mobile payment procedures.
- Implement change management tactics to provide a seamless transition to digital procedures.
- Create extensive training programs for both employees and customers.
- To guarantee that users are skilled in digital tools, hold training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Identify potential change resistance and devise mitigating strategies.
- Users should receive continual help, with questions and issues addressed as soon as possible.
- Collect user feedback and work with the development team to ensure continual improvement.

Responsibilities for safety:
- Implement the safeguarding policy to create a safeguarding culture at all levels of the program.
- Assist in the establishment of a safe working environment by acting as a vital source of support, direction, and experience in safeguarding.
- Responsible for ensuring that team members are properly trained, supported, and have access to resources for issues that are identified and addressed in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
- If a reportable incident occurs, follow the safeguarding reporting procedure and encourage others to do the same.

Required Qualifications or Experience
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION SPECIFIC
- PROFESSIONAL IN DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION WITH A DEGREE OR MAJOR CERTIFICATION / DEGREE
- A certificate or postgraduate degree in development finance or digital financial services will be advantageous.
EXPERIENCE (Including industry/sector)
- Understanding of the Bank of Ghana’s Digital Financial Services Directive
- Payment experience in field apps
- Microsoft Word and Excel program knowledge.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCE
- Computer proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and the Internet
- Communication abilities that are effective. Data management analysis and writing skills in English
