A respected rural bank in the Eastern Region of Ghana welcomes applications from competent people for the positions indicated below:
1. Administrative Manager (HR and Marketing)
Qualifications & Experience
- Must have a first degree in Business Administration (Marketing or Human Resource Management) and at least 3 years of experience in marketing and HR management.
- Familiarity with Ghanaian labour laws and office administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
2. Branch Manager
Qualifications & Experience
- A first degree in a numerate discipline, plus a minimum of level 2 in any of the following: CIB-Ghana, ICA-GH, or ACCA.
- Minimum of 6 years of working experience in a financial institution, preferably in a rural bank, with at least 3 years in a similar position.
- Ability to prepare Bank of Ghana documents. Prudential returns will provide a further benefit.
- Proficiency with Temenos T24 Banking Application
- Understanding of credit appraisal and microfinance group lending methodologies
- Computer literacy (including Microsoft Excel and Word)
3. Head of Credit
Qualifications & Experience
- To apply, candidates must have a First Degree in a numerate discipline and a level 2 certification in CIB-GH, ICA-GH, or ACCA.
- They must also have at least 8 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in rural banking, with at least 5 years in a similar position.
- They must also be familiar with Temenos T24 Banking Application, Bank of Ghana Prudential Returns, credit appraisal, credit recovery, and relevant laws.
