POSITION: HR Manager (Farm Operations)

MAIN PURPOSE

• Farm operations leadership teams are given coaching, advice, and day-to-day instructions.
  Serving as a reference for all things related to Human reference
• Keeping track of employee records, training new hires, running payroll and perks, and looking for new employees.
• Being the first person workers see when they need help.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Finds, meets, and hires new people to work on the farm.
• Keeps an eye on how the farm’s HR staff works every day.
• Takes care of disciplining and firing employees according to business policy.
• Take part in meetings and studies about disciplining employees.
• Lastly, Work with management to spread the word about Human Resources’ rules, processes, programs, and laws.

Minimum Experience:

• Human capital management with proven work experience
• Experience in HR techniques
• Having knowledge of organizational psychology and studies of the job market
• A good understanding of the present rules and regulations for work
• Knowledge of the different kinds of human capital management methods
• A lot of experience with HRIS and MS Office
• Strong skills with numbers and figuring things out

Must

• At least 5 years of work experience in managing human resources
  Hands-on ability to keep and handle private or sensitive information is preferred.
• Excellent understanding of HR principles and how to manage human capital.
• Strong ability to set priorities and handle projects well.
• Know the best ways to do HR
