Job Title: Logistics Specialist / Customer Service Agent

For the Customer Service Agent (Logistics Specialist) job in Accra, Ghana, we are looking for young, enthusiastic, and self-motivated people.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Get new business from shipments by using persuasion techniques to keep customers.
• Negotiate prices and coordinate shipping by talking with freight companies;
• Find reputable carriers for freight services;
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships through effective problem-solving and dynamic engagement;
• Keep detailed records of past shipments, including incoming, outgoing, and stored freight;
• Get in touch with customers to offer competitive shipping rates;

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• A Bachelor’s degree or a Higher National Diploma (HND) in transport, logistics management, or another relevant field.
• It would be helpful to know about or have experience with logistics, online brokerage, and customer service.

REQUIRED QUALITIES

• Good at getting things done and talking to people.
• Knows English very well.
• Has a strong sense of responsibility.
• Wants to be successful and reach financial goals.
• Would rather talk to people over the phone than in person.

WORKING SCHEDULES

Those who got the jobs would work from noon to 9 p.m. (Ghana time) Monday through Friday.
