Job Description
A well-known insurance brokerage company wants to hire an HR Officer.
The HR Officer will manage the organization’s human resources well so that productivity, profit, and employee satisfaction are all at their best.
DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating and putting into action HR strategies and projects that are in line with the business’s overall strategy.
- Bringing together management and employees by addressing their needs, complaints, or other problems.
- Make sure that all HR policies are followed the same way by everyone.
- Keep up with company organization charts and a list of employees.
QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in managing human resources
- Being a member of a well-known professional group is a plus.
- Excellent Knowledge of HR Management Systems
- Ability to come up with and implement HR strategies and projects that fit with the business’s overall goals.
- Ability to oversee and run a performance review system that helps people do their best work.
- Knowledge of labor law and best practices for HR in depth.
- Good knowledge of how to use the MS Office suite
