The Role

MSM is looking for a Regional Recruitment Manager with a lot of skills and good organization to join the team. The Regional Recruitment Manager needs to be very good at organizing and know a lot about recruiting international students, especially in the international education field.

The Regional Recruitment Manager is in charge of analyzing the market and promoting the university assigned to that region to boost sales for the business. Other tasks include finding new customers and coming up with sales and marketing plans that bring in more business for the company.

What will you do?

• Set up and keep up good, useful relationships with counselors and consultants for foreign education.
• Give talks, workshops, and on-the-spot evaluations.
• Create, implement, and run a digital plan to attract as many international students as possible.
• A track record of being able to talk well to small and large groups, both informally and formally.
• Work on your own with little guidance.
• You can also create training programs and teach and mentor other people.
• Use good judgment and keep things secret as much as possible.
• Develop business chances by coming up with ideas on your own.
• Recruit as many students as possible to reach the financial goals set for the area.

Skills and Work History:

• Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas, such as foreign education, higher education, or information technology, are highly preferred.
• You need to have a good speech, presentation, people, and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of the foreign education sector’s broad trends, economic drivers, and policies

Who We Want to Find:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in business administration or a related area preferred.
• Able to travel, meet with possible partners and clients, and talk with them.
• Proven ability to work with high-level leaders and negotiate.
• Good at figuring things out.
