• Job Title: Factory Manager
• Employment Type: Full Time
• Duty Station: Accra

JOB SUMMARY

A reputable indigenous beverage Company is looking to hire an experienced Factory Manager to supervise factory workers and ensure that factory targets are met. The successful applicant shall ensure timely production of goods, marketing and sales of the company’s products.

Among other duties, he/she shall also be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing a healthy pipeline of new prospects and driving the growth of both existing and new clients into profitable business. He shall also be a market strategist.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Industrial Manage ment, Marketing or in any related social sciences.
• Proven experience of two (2) years in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory, especially within the beverages industry.
• Experience in production or inventory management is an added advantage.
• Ability to efficiently and effectively maximize profit while minimizing waste.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to multitask and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 7) Have strong compassion for client’s satisfaction and empathize with the business.
• Effective communication and exceptional leadership skills to ensure that factory operations and marketing of the products are run smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Firstly, Establish and oversee the production processes and procedures of the factory.
• Secondly, Regularly walking the factory floor to monitor the performance of factory staff
• Thirdly, Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers.
• Moreover, Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations and marketing of the products.
• Additionally, Developing production schedules and allocating resources to ensure that all production orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Then, Responsible for ensuring safety and compliance with environmental guidelines.
• Furthermore, Responsible for developing good business plans and come up with marketing strategies to create awareness and selling of our product.
• Also, Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality and packaging standards of the factory. Collaborating with Quality Control
• More so, Managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
• Thereafter, Undertake planned preventative maintenance to ensure that the factory machinery is in good working order.
• Afterwards, Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
• Again, Preparing production reports and submitting them daily to the office of the CEO,
• Finally, These and other duties that will be assigned to you by the CEO from time to time.
