Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper in Hospitality Management.
- A second degree in Hospitality Management is an added advantage.
- A minimum of one year experience in the hospitality industry with emphasis in food and beverage.
Essential Selection criteria
- To begin with, Ability to work and communicate in a first-class environment.
- Secondly, In-depth knowledge in the hospitality industry and safety regulations
- Thirdly, Excellent Customer management.
- Furthermore, Working knowledge of general restaurant operations, including food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes and security.
- In addition, Expert in time management.
- Then, Impeccable social media marketing skills.
- Also, Ability to identify and delegate tasks effectively.
- Last but not least, Willingness to work for long hours and on weekends and holidays.
- Finally, Attractive remuneration and benefits for the successful candidate.
