POSITION: Accountant
Summary:
Saladboss Restaurant Limited is looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant to join its team on a full-time basis.
You will be in charge of monitoring financial records, creating reports, and ensuring compliance with financial requirements in this capacity. Your skills will help the company’s financial health and growth.
Deliverables for the role:
- Keep track of financial records, such as accounts payable and receivable.
- Create financial reports, budgets, and financial statements.
- Ensure that accounting rules and regulations are followed.
- Contribute to financial analysis and forecasts.
- Make financial suggestions to increase efficiency and profitability.
Job Specifics:
- Accounting and financial management are the scope of this position.
- Duration: COMPLETE
- Reporting: Financial statements and suggestions are reported on a regular basis.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Keep accurate and well-organized financial records.
- Construct financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements.
- Perform financial analysis to discover patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and monitor budgets.
- Ensure that accounting principles and rules are followed.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Proven experience as an Accountant with competence in accounting software such as Quickbooks, Samba, Xero, or Freshbooks
- Effective writing, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle various projects successfully
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Professional certification such as CMA, CPA, or ACCA is a plus
- 2 years of work experience is preferred.
