ROLE: Restaurant Marketing Officer
SALAD BOSS RESTAURANT is a rapidly expanding salad restaurant in Accra, with two locations: Ashaley Botwe and Kisseman Dome. Twist & Cut Kids Salon is also run by the same people. We aspire to expand and grow quickly while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities of the Job:
- Sales, Marketing, and Research: Create marketing plans and calendars to enhance Saladboss exposure, business possibilities, and leads; implement advertising campaigns; and analyze the restaurant’s competitive advantage and profitability.
- Social Media Management: Develop and administrate content to engage users and create an interactive interaction with customers and potential customers via social media channels and platforms.
- Event Management: Plan events (both online and offline) to boost customer interaction; develop event posters; prepare newsletters; assist with event execution.
- Partnership Management: Develop and sustain partnerships with business partners, brand partners, brand ambassadors, and influencers.
- Reporting: Provide reports and increase restaurant sales based on data and corporate goals.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- A University Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Manager, with expertise in marketing, research, scaling growth, profit, and efficiency.
- A track record of success is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, as are exceptional organizing and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills are required, as is proficiency in social media.
- Exhibit honesty, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, and work ethics
- Exhibit excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g. CRM)
Salary: Negotiated During the Interview
Adenta, Accra is the location of the office.
