Marketing Officer at The SaladBoss LTD
Job Responsibilities:
- Launch Operations: Help us get our second branch location up and running.
- Sales, Marketing, and Research: Make a marketing plan and calendar to increase Saladboss’s exposure, business opportunities, and leads.
- Run advertising campaigns and look at how the restaurant compares to its competitors and how profitable it is.
- Social Media Management: Build and increase Saladboss’s exposure through social media channels and platforms; create and manage content to engage users and build an interactive relationship with customers and potential customers.
- Events Management: Plan both online and offline events to get customers more involved, make posters for events, make newsletters, and help run events.
- Partnership Management: Build and keep relationships with business brand ambassadors and people who have a lot of influence.
- Reporting: Based on data and business goals, give reports on how to improve sales at the restaurant.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- College graduate with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or business administration.
- At least three years of experience in the hospitality industry, with skills in marketing, research, scaling growth, profit, and efficiency.
- It’s good to have a proven track record and results.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Must be very organized and able to do more than one thing at a time;
- Must be good with basic computers and social media;
- Show integrity, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, and work ethics.
- Have a strong portfolio or detailed information about your past works and experiences (will be requested during interview – links or files).
Those who are qualified will get an email invitation to an interview at least two days before the date of the interview (no phone call will be made). There will only be one interview day, and it can’t be changed.
