POSITION: Sales Officer

Morrit Micro-Credit Enterprise is a regulated money-lending company. We now operate in Kumasi. We’ve been in operation since 2017.
Our mission is to become a well-respected financial institution in Ghana known for regularly providing timely and efficient financial services while also strengthening the entrepreneurial capacities of microbusiness owners.
Roles and responsibilities
- Engage prospects within the catchment region and market loans to them.
- Build a database of potential clients.
- Conduct the necessary follow-ups to ensure prospects become genuine clients.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Screening, hiring, and training salespeople.
- Calling potential consumers to discuss the company’s products and encourage sales.
- Answering client concerns and escalating complex issues to appropriate departments as needed.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of the company’s products.
- Keeping precise records of all transactions, booked appointments, and client complaints.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to guarantee that the company reaches its intended audience.
- Informing product developers about potential enhancements and revisions to ensure that corporate products fit current market demands.
- Preparing cost-benefit evaluations for potential and existing clients to discover the best buying options.
- Analyzing competitor products to identify their features, benefits, flaws, and market viability.
Required Skill or Experience
- Applicants must live in Kumasi.
- Effective selling, persuasion, communication, and time management skills.
- Good presentation skills
- Due to our client base, applicants must be able to speak Twi fluently.
