POSITION: Administrative Assistant
Roles and responsibilities
- Responsible for all clerical work.
- Arrange and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Create and distribute communication memos, letters, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Create and maintain a filing system.
- Offer general support to guests.
- Provide information by responding to questions and requests.
- Research and produce presentations.
- Contribute to the team effort by doing related tasks as needed.
- Maintain computerized and manual filing systems.
- Handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Take accurate minutes at meetings.
- Solve administrative difficulties.
- Maintain current employee holiday records.
Required Skill or Experience
- Minimum degree (communications/public relations preferred).
- 3+ years of experience.
- Age between 28 and 32 years.
- Preferably female.
- Must depart at least 30–45 minutes from East Legon.
- Must be tech-savvy.
- Reporting and Administrative Writing Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Proof of proficiency required)
- Professionalism, problem-solving skills, and multitasking abilities.
