POSITION: Quarry Manager
Position Description
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Quarry Manager to oversee and manage our quarrying activities. As a quarry manager, you will be in charge of directing a team, coordinating manufacturing operations, and assuring product quality, safety, and efficiency. This role necessitates good managerial abilities as well as a thorough understanding of the quarrying business.
Responsibilities
- Manage quarry production processes to ensure high-quality quarry products are produced in accordance with the plan;
- Lead, train, and guide the production team to ensure teamwork and high efficiency;
- Supervise equipment maintenance to ensure safe and proper operation of equipment;
- Manage inventory and procure raw materials to meet production requirements;
- Develop and execute production plans to ensure projects are completed on time;
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Relevant quarrying industry experience, with a preference for candidates with quarry management experience
- Relevant qualifications or certificates in the field
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with quarrying equipment and production processes
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in using office software (e.g. MS Office)
