POSITION: Marketing Officer

Job Description.

Bonafide (Quality Frozen Food) is a family-owned and managed firm that sources and distributes frozen meat, poultry, and fish products. Our primary distribution hub is in Ghana, West Africa, and we have various outlets throughout the country to satisfy both wholesale and retail consumers. We acquire products from all around the world with specific customer requirements in mind, and we ensure that each product is of the highest quality at the most inexpensive price.

What you will do: Responsibilities

• Gaining new consumers while enhancing existing customer happiness. Developing projects to create loyal customers.
• Analysing the market based on product, price, and technology. Creating innovative ideas based on market dynamics and trends,
• Conducting studies to support the company’s marketing strategies
• Conducting market research, closely monitoring the market and rivals, developing sales-supporting and sales-enhancing marketing programs through competitive analysis, Investigating channels to boost the company’s brand awareness and annual sales revenue.
• Organize participation and prepare all marketing resources.
• Monitor the industry’s market process, perform research on competitors, and submit reports.
• Making monthly reports to management about marketing processes.

Required Skill or Experience

Who are we looking for?

• Preferably, a university degree in business management or marketing.
• Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities in both English and Twi.
• Experience in the frozen food industry is preferred, along with 3+ years in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Active driving licence
• Analytical, detail-oriented, careful, prone to teamwork, and dynamic
• Confident in her ability to exceed sales quotas.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ready to work effectively under time constraints
