POSITION: Administrator
Job description
We need a smart administrator who can help with leadership and make sure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. In this job, you will be in charge of managing administrative and clerical tasks, greeting and directing office visitors, collecting, organizing, and finding information and documents, and setting up meetings and travel.
The job duties will be:
- Helping the company’s leaders and overseeing the work of staff members in the administrative department.
- Greeting visitors to the office and sending them to the right people.
- Handle basic office tasks like filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and entering data.
- Coordinating schedules and keeping track of calendars for multiple people to make sure that activities are set up well and don’t clash.
- Setting up travel and getting documents, presentation materials, and meeting spaces ready.
- Putting in and updating records about the company, employees, and clients.
- Getting office supplies, putting them away, and handing them out.
- Taking care of office equipment by maintaining, fixing, or replacing it.
- Managing, reviewing, and improving how the office works to improve accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and cut costs.
- Keeping the books in a basic way.
Skills or Experience Needed
- Diploma/HND/Degree from High School
