We are searching for a Virtual Assistant to help our team with administrative tasks remotely.
Job Description
As a Virtual Assistant, you will handle a variety of administrative activities, such as responding to emails, organizing meetings, and making travel arrangements. A robust Internet connection, as well as experience with communication tools such as Skype and Zoom, are necessary for this work.
Finally, you should be able to manage administrative projects and produce high-quality work with little oversight.
We would like to hear from you if you have administrative experience. However, no prior experience is required because training and certification may be supplied.
Responsibilities
- Respond to emails
- Schedule meetings
- Book flights and accommodations
- Manage a contact list
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and monitor online data Perform market research
- Create presentations as needed
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with current technologies
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
Virtual Assistants are paid between $3 and $6 per hour. The majority of Virtual Assistants work 20-30 hours each week. Depending on your hours, you can earn between 240 and 720 dollars per month.
Accra is the location.
