Job Title: Call Centre Representatives

Job Description

Impact Life Insurance is looking for motivated and committed Call Centre Representatives to join our dynamic, developing team. This is a fixed-term contract best suited for someone with prior expertise in the role.

JOB PURPOSE

This position acts as a connection between our organization and its existing and new consumers. The job holder will be responsible for effectively resolving customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries, while maintaining customer satisfaction at the forefront of all decisions and actions.

A Call Centre Representative (CCR) engages with the company’s customers to give information and answer questions about products and services. CCRs frequently interact with clients via the phone or online.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle enormous volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication “scripts” when dealing with diverse issues.
  • Identify clients’ demands, clarify information, research each issue, and offer solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell things as they come.
  • By going above and beyond, you can cultivate long-term relationships with your customers.
  • Keep records of all talks in our call centre database in a clear way.
  • Attend educational seminars regularly to increase your knowledge and performance level.
  • Achieve personal/team qualitative and quantitative objectives.

Required Skill or Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer support position
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening,.
  • Experience with CRM systems and procedures.
  • Customer focus and flexibility to various personality types.
  • Ability to multitask, create priorities, and manage time successfully.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Trustworthiness is the ability to behave oneself in a way that earns the trust, respect, and confidence of team members.
  • Excellent ability to operate under pressure and fulfill deadlines.
  • Excellent ethical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate, with good typing speed.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants must have a Higher National Diploma from a recognized postsecondary institution and at least one year of relevant work experience in the position.
