Job Title: Supply Chain Master Data Controller
Productivity and product quality are crucial for business success in the expanding yet highly competitive market that GGBL serves.
Over the past five years, the company has received a lot of investment in terms of capacity and innovation.
The Master Data Controller will direct important Material Ledger inputs to affect precise outputs including efficiency, inventory value, brand profitability, COGS, and customs and excise payment in order to support our growth and agenda.
Purpose of Role
To provide the appropriate data structures and manage the lifespan of Supply Chain Master Data (Material Master & BOM), support innovation and brand change processes.
Make precise Material Master Data.
Accountabilities
- On behalf of the project team, to generate and provide all project data requirements, including Material Master Data and Bill of Material Master Data, for small to large-scale brand change solutions.
- To proactively manage the product life cycle, which includes creating new material and liquid specifications, product codes, and obsolete items that have reached the end of their useful lives.
- To establish contact with the necessary other important partners, such as Source COE for the identification of the component purchase price or GBO Data for the creation and modification of master data.
- To ensure that overall data quality is consistently at a high level and to drive the appropriate actions based on the outputs of the monthly data quality KPIs.
- Improve relevant processes and data to ensure effective processes and high-quality data.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in science, computer science, or a similar field. + 3 years of brewing industry experience.
- Having a great eye for detail and being aware of how important precise data is.
- working fast and precisely under time constraints.
- outstanding organizational and communication skills
- comprehension of SAP ECC, PLM, and the pertinent data objects.
