Group Estimating Manager at Wayoe Engineering and Construction Limited
We need people with experience in the building industry to work at our Ghana operations as a Group Estimating Manager
Key Responsibilities
The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Establishing estimating systems, developing estimates, and keeping an updated record of tenders
- Ensure all tenders are submitted on schedule, are competitive, and that the cost database is regularly updated.
- Play a vital role in the bid clarification process, tender pricing, and value engineering of bids and opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Minimum of 20 years post-qualification experience in estimating (mechanical, piping, structural)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an estimating manager managing a team of estimators.
