Front Desk Representative Job at a hospital in Accra
A reputable hospital located in the Greater Accra Region is inviting young, ambitious, smart, and disciplined graduates to fill the following position. Front Desk Representatives
Responsibilities:
- To begin with, Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
- Then, Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
- Also, Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
- Moreover, Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
- Additionally, Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
- Afterwards, Monitor, organize and forward emails.
- More so, Track and order office equipment and supplies.
- Last but not least, Maintain records and files.
- Finally, Oversee the office budget.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or relevant qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
