• Position: Production Assistant
• Industry: Creative & Arts Industry
• Location: Accra
• Level: Entry/Middle level

Responsibilities

• Booking studios and handling production equipment
• Overseeing cues, timings, and continuity during recordings
• Work on the sets of films or TV shows, setting up equipment
• Assist to set lighting, props, and equipment
• Perform administrative work (answering phones, filing paperwork, and data entry, etc.)
• Schedule voice actors and other talents for recording time in the studio as well as any follow-up time for corrections or adjustments
• Checking copyright and permission issues
• Managing contracts with external organizations

Qualifications

Applicants must have the following qualification and skill sets:

• HND or Higher degree in media, film, or relevant field
• Excellent Communication skills
• Multitasking abilities
• Exhibit a high degree of creativity
• Have a working knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Have excellent computer literacy skills
• Prior experience in post-production will be an advantage.
