Job Title: Business Development Manager ( Ghana )

ZKTeco is the world’s leading maker of biometrics readers (facial, vein, and fingerprint palm), access controls, time attendance, turnstiles and barriers, security cameras, metal detectors, car park and vehicle management solutions, X-Ray inspection, integrated security solutions, and embedded biometric and radio-frequency identification modules.
Job Description
- Builds and keeps relationships with customers that last.
- Find the key installers and integrators and keep in good contact with them.
- Promote and sell the products and services of a company
- Come up with new project ideas and finish them.
- Track and manage the project’s progress and work with the right team to solve problems as they arise.
- In charge of bidding on sales contracts and the whole process of projects that have been bought.
- Do sales visits, set up local advertising and do other sales activities to make the ZKTeco brand more visible and improve its reputation.
- Talk to members of the technical support team about customer requests or technical questions.
- Give clients training on your products and how to sell them.
- Calling possible customers to tell them about the company’s products and encourage them to buy them.
- Going to see customers to follow up on leads
- Learning as much as possible about the company’s products.
- Keeping accurate records of all sales, customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Informing management of ways to improve and change products so that the company’s products meet the needs of the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a well-known college or university
- 3–5 years of work experience in the same field
- Proven experience as a business development officer or a similar job
- Highly driven and focused on goals
- Having a relationship with integrators or installers is a plus.
- Self-starter who can work both alone and with a group
- Having the ability to travel as needed
- The ability to work in an environment that moves quickly
- Excellent at analyzing and solving problems.
- Excellent skills at negotiating and making decisions
- Excellent time management skills & presentation skills.
- Excellent oral & written skills and interpersonal skills
- Good at taking care of customers.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office programs
Additional Information
- Prior experience in the tech field is very important.
- Knowing how to make deals with others
- Good business sense
- Resident in Ghana
- Must be ready to go to Ghana.
