Job Title: SYSTEMS ASSISTANT
Qualifications Required
- Minimum of a first degree and a second class division in computer science or a related subject.
- Must have work experience in the following areas: the field of information systems with responsibilities for organization support.
- Good knowledge and experience of the IT infrastructure, such as servers, laptops, desktop computers, printers, and so on. Good knowledge and experience with setting up and running networks. The use of TCP/IP networking is a plus.
- Solid knowledge and experience working with Client and Server operating systems, especially Windows 10, Windows Server 2008, and Windows Server 2012. [CCNA, MCSE training, ITIL, ITSM, and Cybersecurity]
- Expertise with Microsoft 365 Office Applications
- Fair knowledge of business processes or a clear desire to learn about clients’ businesses in continuous application support.
- Should be able to work with little guidance and have good people skills, negotiation skills,
- Skills in communicating and figuring things out
Activités
- Making sure that the business infrastructure is always reliable, which includes user support and training.
- Applications, Users, Locations, Computers, Servers, VOiP, LANs, WANs, Visio, Telecom, and Visio are all part of the scope.
- Work with the Systems Manager and the Finance and Accounts Manager to make sure that business applications are available and can be relied on.

A lot of power outages and shaky phone lines can sometimes damage equipment and electrical appliances.
