We provide Broadband Internet, Voice over IP, Video over IP, Managed IT Services, and Cloud solutions to homes, businesses, and individual customers nationwide.

Job Description

We are looking for individuals for the position of Zonal Sales Development Representative to market our broadband services to homes and businesses, to recruit resellers and carry out marketing activities including branding and activation for MegaWiFi at Ashaiman, Greater Accra.

Essential Functions of the Position Holder

• To begin with, Cold call prospective home and business customers in person
• Then, Recruit potential resellers for MegaWiFi
• Also, Carry out marketing activities including branding and activation
• Additionally, Coordinate between the MegaWiFi resellers and the technical staff of the Company
• Afterwards, Monitor the performance of MegaWiFi resellers and provide operational assistance to them
• Lastly, Act as the MegaWiFi champion in your Zone

Academic Qualification and Experience

Qualified candidates for this position will possess a first degree or HND in any discipline with at least one year national service experience.

• Secondly, Listening skills, including ability to pay attention and react appropriately
• Moreover, Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to relate well and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve organisational goals
• Also, Drive for results, including the ability to persist in the face of setbacks, obstacles and rejections; and to motivate oneself to achieve results and get things done
• Finally, Accountability, including the ability to take ownership of one’s responsibilities, and follow through and meet deadlines or targets without constant monitoring
