JOB DESCRIPTION
InEvent is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to promote content, information, and technology across InEvent’s multiple acquisition channels, encouraging awareness, interviews, and recognition.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Copy and landing pages should be optimized for search engine marketing.
- Continuously identify, expand, and optimize keywords
- Investigate and put search engine optimization advice into action.
- Examine and compare competing advertising links
- Create and put into action a link-building plan.
- Collaboration with the development team to ensure that SEO best practices are appropriately implemented on newly produced code Collaboration with the editorial and marketing departments to push SEO in content creation and content programming
- Changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other aspects should be recommended to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- To maximize ROI in paid search advertising, run tests, collect and evaluate data and outcomes, and uncover trends and insights.
- Monitor, report on, and evaluate website statistics as well as PPC initiatives and campaigns.
- Keep track of campaign expenses, remain within budget, anticipate monthly costs, and resolve inconsistencies.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience required, as well as a strong portfolio exhibiting great writing abilities.
- Experience with Hubspot email marketing campaigns; WordPress experience; SemRush SEO and SEM experience
- Be accountable, show a sense of urgency, and take the initiative.
- Understanding of the Google Drive suite.
- In a startup, you must be willing to learn on the job.
- An outstanding communicator, both verbally and in writing;
- Must be fluent in English.
- A personal notebook (Mac or Windows) is required.
- A mobile device (iOS or Android) is required.
